Privacy Policy

Adsoby is operated by Ceex Consulting, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 90530241, establishment number 000056255160, registered activity “sale of goods via internet.”

Registered address: De Nieuwe Erven 3 Unit 12630, 5431NV Cuijk, the Netherlands.

Account data: your email address, a hashed version of your password (we never store your password itself), and your name if you provide one.

Brand data: your brand's name, website URL, and the visual guidelines and product information Adsoby derives from your website when you set up a workspace.

Content you provide: images you upload (reference ads, product photos) and the images Adsoby generates for you.

Conversation data: the messages you exchange with Adsoby's chat interface, stored so your conversation history persists.

Payment data: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card details. We do retain a record of your purchases and credit balance.

Technical data: a session cookie used to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.

To provide the service: running your generation requests, keeping your workspace and conversation history, and processing payments. To maintain and secure the service: detecting abuse, debugging issues, and enforcing our Terms of Service. With your consent, to understand site usage via Google Analytics (see Section 7). We do not sell your data.

Adsoby is built on top of several service providers who process data on our behalf as part of delivering the product:

• Anthropic (chat/AI processing of your messages and brand context)
• FAL.ai (image generation)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Cloudflare (file/image storage)
• Neon (database hosting)
• Vercel (application hosting)
• Inngest (background job processing)
• Google Analytics (website usage analytics, only with your consent, see Section 7)

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area (notably the United States). Where that's the case, they rely on their own applicable safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for handling EU data — we recommend checking each provider's own privacy documentation for details.

We keep your account, workspace, and conversation data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records (e.g. for tax or accounting purposes under Dutch law).

Under the GDPR/AVG, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Essential: one session cookie that keeps you signed in. It's required for the service to function, isn't used for advertising or tracking, and doesn't require consent under Dutch cookie law.

Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (pages visited, general location, device type). This sets its own cookies and only loads after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can decline it, or change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and reloading.

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Session tokens are stored hashed as well. Access to your workspace data is scoped to your account. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of your data.

Adsoby isn't intended for use by anyone under 16 years old.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date above.
