Terms of Service

Adsoby is operated by Ceex Consulting, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 90530241, establishment number 000056255160, registered address De Nieuwe Erven 3 Unit 12630, 5431NV Cuijk, the Netherlands. These Terms govern your use of the Adsoby service (“Adsoby,” “we,” “us”).

By creating an account or using Adsoby, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Adsoby is an AI-powered tool that generates brand-specific product photography, model imagery, and ad creative based on information you provide and information Adsoby derives from your brand's public website. Generation is powered by third-party AI models (including Anthropic and FAL.ai) — outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that doesn't perfectly match your brand. Review generated content before using it commercially.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 16 years old to use Adsoby.

Adsoby runs on a pay-as-you-go credit system, priced and sold per workspace. New workspaces start with a free credit allowance; each account's first workspace only. Additional credits can be purchased through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. We reserve the right to change credit pricing going forward; changes won't affect credits you've already purchased.

You agree not to use Adsoby to:

• Generate content that's illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Infringe someone else's intellectual property or brand rights
• Generate content for a brand or website you don't have the right to represent
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload and of the ad creative Adsoby generates for you, subject to the underlying rights of any third-party material (fonts, stock elements, etc.) used in generation. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload or ask Adsoby to reference (including reference ads and product images).

Adsoby relies on third-party providers (including Anthropic, FAL.ai, Stripe, Cloudflare, Neon, Vercel, and Inngest) to operate. We're not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling by these providers beyond our reasonable control.

Adsoby is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceex Consulting isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues arising from AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Adsoby and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
